 We are one of the very few Chinese restaurants in the Bay Area that serve authentic dishes from the Hunan and Szechuan provinces of China, such as Shangai smoked fish, twice-cooked pork, Szechuan style fish or live sauteed frog (see Hunan & Szechuan Menu for full list of dishes).  However, because we understand that these can be somewhat of an acquired taste, we also offer less adventurous dishes on our regular Chinese Menu, such as salt and pepper pork chops, cashew chicken or hot and sour soup.  Therefore, we offer two different menus at our restaurant, one with more "mainstream" dishes and one with traditional Hunan and Szechuan cuisine.  Let your palate and sense of adventure decide which one you want to choose from today!
